Errors may be corrected, or a product may be withdrawn from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability may also be subject to change without notice.

Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after delivery. You are responsible for the return of the product/s at your own expense.

The product/s that you are returning must be our product/s, genuine, unused, complete, all parts in place, undamaged and unaltered in any way, i.e. seals on cosmetic products must be intact with no evidence of tampering.

Once we receive the product/s, on this basis only are you entitled to receive a refund. Please note, you will not be refunded the delivery postage costs and an administration fee will be charged at our discretion.
